How do I login?

  1. To start using your CorporateVIP membership you need to Activate your CorporateVIP card. To activate your card please go to
  2. Click ‘Activate’ card in the sign up box bottom RIGHT. Another box will open saying ‘Activate Account’
  3. Enter the alpha-numeric digits on your CorporateVIP card and press enter. I your card only has numbers on it enter the last 4 digits.
  4. You will now receive an email from CorporateVIP asking you to reset your password. Make a secure password up that you can remember easily.
    Once you have reset your password you will be able to login to the CorporateVIP platform.
  5. Once logged in you will see the Local offers category Portal.

How do I find local offers?

  1. Go to
  2. Login in with your individual user name and password.
  3. Click ‘local offers’.

To Search local offers use the category sections or search by City or Merchant name.

How do I redeem a ‘Local‘ discounts or offers in-store?

All local offers have terms and conditions in the offer. Find the instructions under “Terms and conditions” in the merchant profile.

Most merchants will require you to call and mention you have the CorporateVIP card.

You must have your CorporateVIP card present at the time of redemption and show it to the merchant or member of staff upon receipt of the bill or when purchasing.

How do I redeem Local offers online?

If you’re redeeming a voucher or discount on a merchant’s site, follow these helpful tips:

Always read the terms and conditions in full.

Find the redemption instructions on the merchant’s profile. In most cases you will find a voucher code. Shop as usual on the merchant’s website and use the Voucher code upon check out in the ‘voucher code’ box. This will automatically give you the discount before you check out.

Is cashback guaranteed?

  1. We guarantee to give you 100% of the cashback that you earn. However, we cannot guarantee that the retailer will pay us for every purchase. This only happens in a very few of cases. The reasons why a retailer could decline your cashback are:
  2. The purchase was returned, cancelled or the order amended
  3. The purchase was not completed wholly online
  4. Another referrer has been awarded the cashback commission (e.g. another website)
  5. You did not comply with the terms and conditions of and/or the retailer.
  6. A voucher code or gift code not authorised by Cashback CorporateVIP was used
  7. The retailer has ceased trading or has gone into administration
  8. Generally, sticking to the terms and conditions provided in the retailer description and ensuring you follow the recommended process will minimise the risk of anything going wrong.

How can I reduce the risk of my cashback being declined?

  1. In your browser settings you need to permanently allow cookies, JavaScript, pop-ups and third party images.
  2. Set all your security settings to low.
  3. When making a purchase through CorporateVIP Cashback, you should delete all Internet cookies and temporary Internet files. This will vary depending on which browser you use.

Please note that this will log you out of the Cashback site; please remember to log back in!

  1. Always use the links provided by CorporateVIP Cashback to enter a retailer’s site; do not type in retailer names at the top of your browser screen
  2. Completing a purchase over the phone – CorporateVIP cashback only works online – so if for example you buy something over the telephone, unfortunately the CorporateVIP cashback won’t apply.
  3. Voucher and gift codes – To get CorporateVIP cashback please only use voucher codes supplied by CorporateVIP Cashback. Using vouchers not supplied by CorporateVIP Cashback may result in another party being credited with your cashback.

How will I know when I have successfully earned cashback for my purchase?

  1. The cashback amount will show in your transactions and in your “latest earnings” on your homepage. However, the cashback process is broken down into several stages as detailed below:
  2. Pending – this means that your purchase has been tracked but not yet validated by the retailer and there is no guarantee at this stage of cashback being paid. You will receive a confirmation email every time a purchase tracks into your account.
  3. Available – this means that CorporateVIP Cashback has received the cashback for your purchase and you can make a withdrawal.
  4. Latest Payment – this means that the money has been sent by Bank Transfer or paid into your PayPal account.

How long does the cashback process take?

  1. This varies a lot between retailers – and the type of purchase – so for example car insurance can sometimes take 3 months to validate as the insurance company wants to make sure the policy hasn’t been cancelled.
  2. Pending – this can take from 0 to 3 days
  3. Available – this can take from 7 days up to 120 days from Pending
  4. Paid – this will be at the end of the month in which the request was received from you to CorporateVIP Cashback to withdraw

The above are indications and not guaranteed. So use them as a guideline and NOT a guarantee!

How do I get my Cashback?

  1. CorporateVIP Cashback pays any cashback you are due by the 5th of the month following your request for payment.
  2. If you have opted to be paid via PayPal and your total received earnings in any one month exceed €100, we won’t be able to pass on your received earnings to your PayPal account.

You will need to change your payment method to bank payments. Just follow these steps:

  1. In your account select Settings
  2. Select Payment Settings
  3. Under Payment Method select Bank
  4. Enter account holder’s name
  5. Enter the sort code and Account number
  6. Click on Save.

What is meant by “minimum pay out”?

  1. Currently minimum payment is a minimum payment for PayPal of €20.
  2. Some people prefer to build up their cashback in order to receive a larger amount, rather than receive smaller payments once a month. If you opt to be paid via PayPal and your total received earnings in any once month exceed €100, we will only lodge €100 from your CorporateVIP Cashback account to Paypal.
  3. If you want higher payments per month, you will need to change your payment method to Bank, so that we can send your payments by mail.

How do I arrange to be paid by PayPal?

  1. To be paid by PayPal you simple have to enter the email address you use for your PayPal account. This is enough for us to credit your PayPal account at your request.
  2. CorporateVIP Cashback pays any cashback you are due by the 5th of the month following your request for payment.
